Job Details:

* Pay: Up to £17.42 per hour (Overtime paid at x1.5 of basic pay)
* Hours of Work: 39 hours per week – 7:45am to 4:45pm Monday to Thursday, 7:45am to 12:45pm Friday
* Duration: Permanent
* Benefits: Early Finish Fridays, Pension, Free Parking, Flexible holiday bookings (Based on hours not days)
Job Role: The CNC Turner will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes using FANUC controls. This includes producing small bespoke orders and small batches, selecting appropriate materials, machining first-off samples, and maintaining traceability. The CNC Turner will also perform regular TPM-based maintenance and, where possible, manage multiple machines simultaneously.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

* CNC Programming experience
* CNC Setting & Operating of lathes
* Ability to work from engineering drawings
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
*
* City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
* Proven experience of CNC Programming
* Experience using FANUC controls
* Experience working with CNC milling centres
