Due to sustained growth we are now seeking a dynamic account manager who can add real value as well as demonstrate the ability to progress within this business.
The Role:
* Full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of key strategic customers, you will drive sales and profitability by developing effective solutions to meet customer needs whilst still negotiating effective and robust commercial propositions.
* Responsible for customer NPD development including productivity and cost target management
* Working closely with the Customer Marketing team in developing innovative category initiatives, you will be the product champion in your area and will be influential in achieving the YOY growth plan.
* Maintain a value added service to ensure successful relationships are developed at all times.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* Of Graduate calibre you have a good depth of National Account Manager experience in a food/fmcg business
* Evidence of negotiation skills and strategic growth contribution required.
* You will currently be operating as a National Account Manager or as a National Account Executive looking for the next step up,
* You wil have gained expierence working on atleast one retail customer account
* Good organisation & time management skills – able to prioritise work
