Are you passionate about helping organisations unlock the value of AI-powered tools? Do you enjoy working directly with teams to improve how they operate, learn, and adopt new technologies? This is an exciting opportunity to join a consultancy as an IT Trainer specialising in Microsoft Copilot Enterprise.
Location: Onsite – West London
Contract: 3 months - Outside Role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on, practical training sessions on Microsoft 365 Copilot across a range of business functions. Rather than purely technical instruction, your focus will be on enabling users to understand how Copilot can be embedded into their day-to-day work, helping them work smarter and more efficiently.
You will work closely with different departments such as Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, and Customer Service to understand their workflows and demonstrate how Copilot can support real tasks. This could include automating document creation, summarising meetings, generating insights from data, drafting communications, and improving collaboration across teams.
A key part of your role will be tailoring training sessions to different user groups. For example, you may show finance teams how to use Copilot in Excel for reporting and analysis, while helping sales teams use it in Outlook and Teams to manage customer communication and follow-ups more effectively. You will also provide live support during training sessions, answering questions and helping users overcome initial adoption challenges.
Beyond training delivery, you will play an important role in driving adoption across the organisation. This includes identifying opportunities to improve processes, suggesting best practices, and helping departments integrate Copilot into their daily workflows in a meaningful and sustainable way. Your input will directly influence how effectively the business leverages AI to improve productivity.
The ideal candidate will have experience as an IT Trainer, ideally with exposure to Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-driven productivity platforms. You should be confident working in a client-facing environment, capable of simplifying complex technology into practical, easy-to-understand guidance, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
This is a short-term, high-impact contract within a fast-paced consultancy environment, offering the opportunity to work closely with cutting-edge AI technology and make a tangible difference in how organisations adopt and use it.
If you enjoy combining training, technology, and business transformation, this role offers an excellent opportunity to shape how AI is used across modern workplaces.
