VIQU are supporting a leading investment firm in the search for a technically skilled Cloud Solutions Architect. This newly created role is focused on designing and implementing robust, scalable IT solutions with a strong emphasis on automation, cloud technologies, and emerging tech. The role is approximately 60% hands‑on implementation and 40% solution design, giving the successful candidate the chance to both shape and deliver innovative IT projects that support business‑critical operations.
Key Responsibilities of the Cloud Solutions Architect:
* Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end IT solutions, prioritising automation and operational efficiency.
* Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to automate routine tasks and system configurations.
* Build and manage business process automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Lead solution design sessions and document architecture, workflows, and dependencies.
* Ensure secure and scalable deployment of solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
