As the CNC Turner you will be responsible for ensuring all products and handled, Turner and identified within accordance to best practices and procedures. The CNC Turner will also be required to Set and operate Sliding head machines. Duties of the CNC Turner: * Setting and Operating of the CNC Multi Axis Lathe (Citizen) processing Titanium and various sized bathes of components whilst maintaining the standards of accuracy and finish. * Produce precision components to engineering drawings ensuring all tolerances of the components are met. * Ensuring that all products are handled in the most appropriate manner to eliminate any damage, or health hazards, in accordance with Health and Safety regulations. * Ensuring full conformance to all the identified order requirements as presented. * Ensuring th...
