Head Chef – Award Winning Hospitality Venue – £45k-Taunton, Somerset
Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a dedicated team of chefs.
* Develop exciting and seasonal menus, with a reflection on commitment to quality and local produce.
* Maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene and safety.
* Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering and cost control.
* Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure a seamless service.
* Work with a team of talented chefs and work directly alongside the GM to lead a fantastic dining experience.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in either a Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef, within a fine dining/reputable establishment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* A genuine passion for food and a desire to deliver exceptional cuisine.
