About Our Client:
We are recruiting for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client, a leading property management and investment company in London.
The Role:
In this full-time In-House Inventory Clerk position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our client's inventory management system for their property portfolio across London.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct meticulous physical inventory counts of various items within properties managed by our client (primarily postcodes KT5, CR0, UB7, UB3, TW1). This may include furniture, fixtures, appliances, and other property-related assets.
* Record and maintain accurate inventory data using the client's designated software system.
* Identify and report any discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
* Assist property managers with organizing and maintaining a clean and efficient storage environment within the properties.
* Assist with the preparation and packing of inventory for shipment, relocation, or maintenance purposes.
* Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management.
* Maintain clear and concise documentation related to inventory activities within each property.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams at our client's company, including property managers, to ensure smooth inventory operations.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory control role, preferably within a property management or similar environment.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Valid UK Driver's License and reliable vehicle required for travel to various locations across West & South West London (primarily postcodes KT5, CR0, UB7, UB3, TW1).
* Positive and can-do attitude.

Salary: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year + Travel Expenses
