People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Order Pickers / PPT Operators to join our well-established client based in Raunds, Northamptonshire.

Day to Day Duties:
As a Warehouse Order Picker / PPT Operator, your day-to-day duties will include:
• Packing items at a high level of speed and accuracy
• Manual handling and repeated lifting
• Working to daily targets
• Ensuring items are properly labelled and securely packed
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe working environment
• Ensuring all packages are correctly packaged and sealed
• Standing for long periods of time during shifts
• Operating Powered Pallet Trucks (PPT) when working in Goods In / Inbound
Essential Skills:
The skills required to be a Warehouse Order Picker / PPT Operator are:
• Strong reading and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and engage in frequent lifting of goods
Desirable Experience:
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
Training Provided:
• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout
