What You’ll Achieve: As Nursery Manager you will: Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for a high-performing early years and childcare setting, ensuring excellence in service delivery. Oversee and ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage, delivering a high-quality, inclusive curriculum tailored to all developmental stages. Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, maintaining a safe, compliant, and nurturing environment for all children. Recruit, lead, and develop a skilled staff team through continuous professional development and regular supervision to achieve outstanding outcomes. Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and community partners, promoting inclusion and enhancing the nursery’s local presence and reputation. A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification with at least 2 years’ experience of working within a setting. Knowledge of all aspects of the legislative and policy framework of early years and childcare. Ability to establish effective relationships with a range of stakeholders. Significant experience in working with families to enhance their involvement in children’s learning.
