This role is responsible for operating, filling, and packaging of hydrogen peroxide, including data entry, cycle counts, researching, correcting inventory errors, and assisting with problem pick tickets and warehouse location accuracies.

What You Will Do:
1. Review filling and packaging instructions at the start of line runs. Ensure correct packaging materials and PPE are available, and safety procedures are followed.
2. Set up the line correctly per instructions.
3. Operate filling and packaging equipment continuously, adjusting as needed to control weight, closures, or other specifications.
4. Take samples, keep area clean, participate in Kaizens, 5S, and special projects.
5. Identify opportunities for waste elimination, document quality and productivity activities, and assist with line changeovers and inventory management.
6. Perform data entry for inventory and shipping, research discrepancies, and manage inbound/outbound shipments.
7. Maintain a clean and safe work environment and perform other duties as assigned.
Position Details:
* Location: Horsham PA
* Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
* Compensation: $23.00/hr
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED
* Previous experience in plant or warehouse settings
* Basic math skills (including fractions, percentages, decimals)
* No immigration sponsorship available
Physical Demands:
* Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs
* Must pass a drug screen and background check
Preferred Qualifications:
* Training in Hazardous Material Safety and DOT
* Ability to track safety, quality, and productivity data
* Mechanical aptitude, experience with TPM & Continuous Improvement
* Attention to detail, good communication, teamwork skills
* Experience in warehouse, transportation, or customer service roles
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation Range: $47,500 - $71,300 annually, based on factors such as experience and location.
