The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who brings: 5 plus years experience in FMCG account management roles National Account Management experience; grocery experience with big 4 retail is essential P&L owned /strong leadership and forecasting experience Strong communication skills to develop and manage key buying relationships A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to work closely within a small team The energy to thrive in a rapidly growing, evolving business A self-starter mindset with ambition to progress Proficiency in Excel, powerpoint and sales forecasting tools Experience with category data Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering financial targets Experience working with Tesco and or Sainsbury’s, including Joint Business Plans, is highly advantageous.
