Description
The Facilities Engineer (Electrical-bias) will:
Conduct the daily operation and maintenance of facilities, ensuring all systems function efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues effectively.
Manage and coordinate external contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and use the BMS effectively.
Support the implementation and completion of projects.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the premises.
Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to improve overall operational efficiency.Profile
A successful Facilities Engineer (Electrical-bias) should have:
Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent & 18th Edition)
Experience in maintaining and operating facility systems.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software and systems.
The willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
A background in electrical facilities maintenance in real estate and property sector.Job Offer
