With access to a dedicated music suite and regular concert opportunities, the successful Music Teacher will be central to the cultural life of the school.\n\nAs a Music Teacher, you will:\n\n * \n\n Teach Music across KS3 and KS4, including performance, composition, and theory.\n\n * \n\n Prepare students for GCSE Music and extra-curricular exams.\n\n * \n\n Lead ensembles, choirs, or instrumental groups depending on your specialism.\n\n * \n\n Organise and direct school concerts, showcases, and community performances.\n\n * \n\n Collaborate with colleagues in the Music department to enrich the curriculum.\n\n * \n\n Encourage students to engage with a range of musical genres and cultures.\n\n * \n\n Maintain high expectations for behaviour and effort in every Music lesson.\n\n * \n\n Contribute to the wider performing arts life of the school.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\n * \n\n A Music degree and UK QTS or PGCE.\n\n * \n\n Experience teaching Music in a secondary school setting.\n\n * \n\n Strong classroom presence and musical ability.\n\n * \n\n Willingness to lead extracurricular activities and events.\n\nJoin a community where the role of the Music Teacher is highly valued and supported with time, resources, and leadership investment
