We're looking for a Senior AIT (Assembly, Integration & Test) Lead Engineer to join a high-performing mission team. In this critical role, you’ll lead spacecraft and payload testing operations from initial integration to environmental testing—ensuring systems are ready to deliver in orbit.


You’ll work at the forefront of innovation, overseeing complex testing campaigns and supporting cutting-edge satellite projects with a global impact.


Responsibilities:

1. Drive the planning, execution, and control of spacecraft or payload AIT and EVT (Environmental Validation Testing) phases.
2. Lead testing activities and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams.
3. Act as a spacecraft system operator and provide expert-level insight on AIT activities.
4. Own test campaigns from system-level planning to hands-on delivery.
