What you’ll be doing
This isn’t your typical classroom role.
You’ll be supporting young people in Special schools, PRUs, and alternative settings—helping them re-engage, rebuild confidence, and feel understood.
Expect to:
* Support pupils with SEMH needs or Autistic spectum conditions
* Build trust, routines, and positive relationships
* Help students get back into learning
* See your psychology knowledge come to life every day
