We are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to own and grow an existing portfolio of venues. This is a high-impact role where you will move beyond basic support to drive real revenue growth through upselling and multi-site expansions.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the face of the brand for existing partners. You will balance high autonomy with a hands-on approach to ensure customer success and commercial growth.
* Portfolio Growth: Drive upsells, expansions, and new venue sign-ups within your accounts.
* Relationship Building: Build strong, lasting ties with owners, GMs, and decision-makers.
* Operational Excellence: Onboard and train venues to ensure fast go-lives and high usage.
* Strategic Feedback: Act as the "voice of the customer" to influence the Product and Tech teams.
* Field Presence: Spend significant time face-to-face with operators in the market.
What You Bring
* Experience: 3+ hospitality, account management or a similar sales role.
* Commercial DNA: A proven track record of owning and hitting revenue targets.
* Self-Starter: The ability to work autonomously and manage your own diary effectively.
* Soft Skills: You are confident, outgoing, and tech-savvy.
