Part-time, 24 hours per week

A basic salary of £15,251, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services (pro-rata).

As a Receptionist with us, you’ll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport, and ensure a smooth and efficient introduction to the sales team.

You’ll be genuine and effortless when talking to our customers, focusing on their needs and delivering industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.

What does the role of Receptionist involve?

* Handling telephone inquiries professionally, establishing needs to direct customers to the correct department or team member on the first contact
* Welcoming customers to the dealership and assisting them in a caring and pleasant manner
* Maintaining customer-facing areas, updating the dealership diary, and performing general administrative duties

What do you need to succeed as a Receptionist?

* Administrative and customer service experience
* Excellent organisation skills
* Good telephone manner
