Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of litigation matters, including personal injury, industrial disease, hearing loss and RTA claims
* Conduct cases from instruction through to conclusion with a high standard of client care
* Liaise with clients, counsel, experts and other solicitors effectively and professionally
* Draft pleadings, correspondence and other legal documentation
* Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm through collaboration and commitment
Essential Skills and Experience
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 10+ years PQE) with experience in litigation and personal injury matters
* Strong case management and organisational skills
* A proactive, industrious and client-focused approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
* Excellent communication and drafting skills
