Responsibilities
* Expertly handle all contact with our customers
* Make good use of a variety of channels, including calls, emails, live chat and social media
* Ensure the customer journey is always seamless
* Be part of an exciting, varied and dynamic environment
* Cover varied shifts (between Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturdays, 9am to 1pm)
* Deliver excellent customer service, every time
* Adhere to a Hybrid working model, with flexibility to work both remotely and on-site when required
Requirements
* Passionate about customer service with a good standard of English
* Strong experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, proactive customer-focused attitude
* Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced team environment
