Full-Time Administrator – Education Setting (SEN Support)
£14.24 per hour | Start ASAP
We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a full-time Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team within a specialist education environment.
This setting supports further education learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN), offering a rewarding and structured workplace.
The Role:
Full-time, 5 days per week
Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (4:30pm finish on Fridays)
£12.75 – £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Immediate start once compliance checks are complete
Likely to run until the end of the academic year (mid-July)Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support across the setting
Managing emails, phone calls, and front-of-house enquiries
Maintaining accurate student records and documentation
Supporting staff and leadership with day-to-day operations
Ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all timesThe Ideal Candidate:
Previous administration experience (education experience desirable)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
