Leading Legal 500 firm recruiting Corporate and Commercial NQ in Sussex My client is offering the opportunity to work alongside a well regarded Corporate and Commercial team who are looking to add a NQ level candidate to bolster capability by providing fee earning support to the head of department. They are specifically looking to appoint a junior Solicitor with NQ - 2 PQE to join their team which currently consists of 4 Partners, 2 Solicitors and 2 Paralegals. The incoming Solicitor will be required to assist in all aspects of Corporate and Commercial as the work in the team is diverse. You will be expected to run a mixed caseload as well as drafting and negotiating core transactional documentation, share purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements. Beyond your caseload you will have the chance to get involved in a range of business development activities with a view to grow the business and provide the highest possible quality of service to clients.
