Right now, we need to strengthen our Finance team with a Finance Analyst who will focus on manufacturing controlling/accounting, inter-company transactions and evolve the analysis format and processes. What you’ll do: You will focus on processes, analysis, report structures and reconciling inter-company transactions whilst driving and developing the analysis of our manufacturing part of the business. You will deliver profit and loss analysis and be a key player in the budget and forecast process, including monitoring and controlling of actual costs against budget. Roles & Responsibilities: Ownership of manufacturing controlling/accounting Drive and support continuous improvement for standard costing exercises and analysis Analyse and reconcile complex inter-company transactions Be a key player in the Budget and Forecast process, working cross-functionally and be responsible for the full process Ensure that actual vs. budgets are monitored and controlled Produce monthly, quarterly and annual management reports Profit and Loss analysis Drive the development of financial analysis Identify any improvements to systems that are required and communicate them to senior management with suggested solutions Conduct and prepare data for group reporting Who we’re looking for: You are a communicative person with a proactive mindset. You are team player that is solution-oriented and likes to work in a structured way. We believe that you have an interest in systems and have a great understanding of manufacturing accounting/controlling as well as what it means being a part of a Group.
