Litigation Department: Ranked for excellence in Commercial Litigation, Professional Negligence, Contentious Probate, and General Litigation. Main Responsibilities:
* Report to Department Director
* Manage all aspects of Litigation work, providing guidance to team members
* Handle a caseload involving Probate Litigation, ADR, banking disputes, insolvency, breach of contract, civil fraud, property disputes, debt recovery, IP disputes, and advocacy
* Client interaction: attending meetings, taking instructions, preparing cases
* Correspondence management and accurate time recording
* Follow supervisor recommendations and ensure file management compliance
Key Skills Required:
* Property Litigation experience in private practice
* Valid Practising Certificate
* Team player with adaptability
* Proactive, client-focused, sensitive
* Strong networking and communication skills
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills
* Initiative and sound judgment
* Experience with publicly funded litigation and private cases
* Extensive Probate Litigation experience
* Advocacy skills are a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management
