Vehicle Technician Opportunity for a Milton Keynes Main Dealer
1. Salary: £33,200
2. OTE: £47,000 (Top performers earned up to £69,000 last year)
3. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
4. Overtime: 1-in-3 Saturday mornings (paid as overtime)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established Main Dealership Workshop in the Milton Keynes area. This position is ideal for a motivated Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:
14. Provide advanced technical and diagnostic support, ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are consistently met or exceeded.
15. Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and stay fully compliant with manufacturer training standards
16. Uphold company and manufacturer quality and compliance standards at all times
17. Ensure 100% adherence to vehicle health check processes
18. Support the workshop team with complex repairs and diagnostics where required
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
19. Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) – essential
20. Full UK Driving Licence
21. Proven experience inspecting, servicing, and repairing motor vehicles
22. MOT Tester qualification would be highly advantageous
23. Strong verbal and written English skills
24. Previous experience in a franchised dealership environment preferred (but not essential)
