Job Summary
At Pet Care 4U, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dog Walker to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for animals and enjoy spending time outdoors. As a Dog Walker, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of dogs during their walks, providing them with exercise, companionship, and care. Your commitment to animal welfare and customer service will be essential in creating a positive experience for both the dogs and their owners.
Duties
* Walk dogs in various weather conditions while ensuring their safety and comfort.
* Manage a maximum of 4 dogs at once, maintaining control and discipline as required.
* Provide basic care such as feeding, administering medication if necessary, and ensuring access to fresh water.
* Monitor the behaviour and health of the dogs during walks, reporting any concerns.
* Uphold high standards of cleanliness by cleaning up after the dogs during walks.
Experience
* Previous experience in animal care is highly desirable.
* Good customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners.
* Ability to manage dogs of various sizes and temperaments confidently.
* A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
* Physical fitness to handle extended periods of walking.
