In this role, you'll help us live our values by delivering Really Good Repairs and unlocking the power of Cracking Data, to make Everyday Better and ensure Real Customer Influence is central to every financial decision.
Supporting LHP's Really Good Repairs strategy, this Finance Business Partner role is responsible for Planning, Forecasting, and Reporting for our Repairs, Property, and Customer Directorates.
Location: Remote, with occasional commutes to Grimsby or Boston on an ad hoc basis.
Salary: £58,304.00
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week

Within the Finance Business Partnering team, this role provides comprehensive financial support to cost centre managers up to the executive level. It requires someone with the qualifications and experience to prepare and present relevant financial information timely and hold the business accountable to meet its financial plans and obligations.
The candidate should have experience in process improvement to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes supporting financial reporting to stakeholders.
This is what you'll need to thrive in this role
* A proven background in Business Partnering and Management Accounts preparation
* Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage budgets effectively
* Excellent time management and deadline awareness
* Proficiency with spreadsheets and computer literacy
* Knowledge of relevant legislation/regulations for compliance
* Understanding of continuous improvement principles
