Fabrication & Welding Contractors Needed Walsall (Approx. 6-Month Contract) Contract Type: Contract for Services Project: Structural Steel Heavy Gauge Welding & Fabrication
We are seeking experienced Fabrication and Welding Contractors to support a major structural steel project in Walsall. This contract will run for approximately 6 months .
Key Responsibilities:
Heavy-gauge welding and fabrication
Working from detailed engineering drawings
Producing high-quality welds to industry standards
Fabrication of structural steel components, including: Beams
Portal frame buildings
Large staircases and associated steelwork
Requirements:
Proven experience in heavy-gauge structural steel fabrication
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
High standards of welding quality (MIG)
CSCS or equivalent certification is advantageous but not needed
