The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 16.00, Friday 08.00 to 15.30.
Dykebar Hospital requires a Coordinating Supervisor to manage a team of Multi Skilled Technicians, Maintenance Assistants and various specialised contractors on a day-to-day basis to carry out reactive and preventative maintenance within the hospital buildings. The post holder must be a time-served tradesperson qualified to HNC level.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day management of a team of Maintenance staff and contractors to carry out reactive and preventative maintenance within hospital buildings.
* Serve as site lead for estates management issues both during and outside normal working hours as part of a 24/7 maintenance team providing operational maintenance and emergency response for building services (electrical, mechanical and building fabric).
* Work on HV/LV, MGPS, ventilation and water systems, all managed and controlled under formal safe systems of work as per operational policy and procedure.
Qualifications
* Time-served tradesperson qualified to HNC level.

* The role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and a criminal record check before offer of employment, in line with the Disclosure Scotland Act 2020.
