An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation. This role is pivotal in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused HR service that supports the wider business strategy while driving positive change and performance improvement.
The Role
As HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping people initiatives, delivering HR projects, and providing expert advice across the business. You’ll work closely with leaders and managers to implement innovative HR solutions, enhance talent development, and support a culture that aligns with organisational values.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with business leaders to deliver HR processes and implement change initiatives.
* Lead and manage complex cross-functional HR projects that add value to business objectives.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships, offering creative and pragmatic HR solutions.
* Support resourcing needs by collaborating with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, recruitment, and induction.
* Provide guidance on HR policy, employee relations, and organisational design, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice.
* Champion succession planning, talent development, and high-potential programmes.
* Support annual and ad hoc reward and recognition initiatives.
* Deliver wellbeing initiatives that align with the Group programme.
* Provide project management expertise on HR and global people-related initiatives.
About You
We are looking for an HR professional who is proactive, commercial, and adaptable, with a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident managing a wide range of HR activities from strategic projects to day-to-day advisory support. Strong ER skills is advantageous
Essential skills & experience:
* Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and their practical application.
* Experience within an international or commercial HR environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Strong project management, organisational, and IT skills (Microsoft Office and HRIS/Payroll systems).
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
* A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
