Role Description
This is a full‑time, Senior Surveyor role based in Clitheroe, Lancashire. The Senior Surveyor will lead and execute complex survey projects, assist with managing a team of surveyors, and oversee the delivery of accurate survey data to clients. Key responsibilities include conducting topographic surveys, utility mapping, 3D laser scanning, and volumetric analysis; liaising with clients; managing project timelines; ensuring compliance with industry standards; and maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
* Experience in topographic surveys, utility mapping, measured building surveys, and 3D laser scanning
* Proficiency in survey‑related software and technology, such as CAD tools and data processing software – N4ce ideally.
* Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team
* Effective communication and client management skills, with experience in delivering professional reports and consultation
* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining compliance with PAS 128, RICS, and CDM 2015 standards
* Qualifications in Surveying, Engineering, Geospatial Science, or a related field is preferred
* Experience working within tier 1 construction or infrastructure supply chains is advantageous
