Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and making a real impact on the ground? We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused HR Business Partner to join our team and work closely with operational leaders across our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and enjoys building trusted relationships to deliver practical, commercial HR support. What you’ll be doing: · Lead and manage a wide range of complex employee relations cases – disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness absence, and performance · Act as a trusted advisor, coaching managers to handle ER issues confidently and compliantly · Support organisational change projects including restructures and TUPE · Partner with hiring managers through end-to-end recruitment processes · Provide payroll admin support including holiday cover and accurate submissions · Drive initiatives across performance, wellbeing, engagement, and people data insights What we’re looking for: · Proven experience in a generalist HR role with strong ER case management · Sound knowledge of UK employment law and confident decision-making · Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills · Experience with payroll processes (desirable) · CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards · Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or multi-site environment is a plus Why join us? · A supportive, collaborative HR team · Hybrid working with flexibility · Opportunity to make a real difference across a dynamic, people-focused business · A catalogue of additional benefits available to purchase such as critical illness cover, cycle to work scheme and additional holidays.
