TSR Legal are working with a highly successful full service firm with offices in Swindon who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Associate
The Role & Responsibilities:
* Managing and running a full caseload ( Non Panel Work)
* Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, to include: Freehold/Leasehold sales and purchases; Transfers of Equity; re-mortgages; new builds; buy to let.
* Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice.
Requirements
* Preferably 2-4 years PQE
* Be able to handle their own caseload
* Have a strong technical proficiency
* Be committed to high levels of client care and communication
* Have excellent organisational and communication skills
* Be a strong team player
