What you’ll be doing
* Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups, helping them access learning in a way that works for them
* Using sensory strategies and structured routines to reduce anxiety and build confidence
* Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO to keep pupils settled and progressing
* Helping create safe, positive spaces where every child feels understood
* Bringing your calm presence into classrooms that sometimes run on big feelings and big personalities
