We have an exciting opportunity for a Propositions Analyst to join our team and play a key role in bringing new propositions to our customers.
You'll be a vital link between our teams, gathering key insights, mapping out processes, and defining requirements to ensure a smooth and successful launch. Your passion for collaboration and knack for coordinating cross-functional activity will be essential as you support the Propositions Managers in delivering innovative new products and services to market.

Responsibilities:
* Proposition Delivery: Support with the launch of new propositions by collaborating with cross-functional teams and creating detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and customer journeys.
* Communication & Content: Draft and review all internal and external communications, including training materials and customer-facing content, to ensure accuracy and alignment.
* Analysis & Viability: Analyse system data and financial flows to identify requirements and ensure the financial viability of new propositions.
* Team & Project Support: Provide essential project management support and act as a key member of the Propositions team, embodying the company's culture and values.
What you'll need to succeed
As a Propositions Analyst, you will be a self-starter with a strong analytical mindset and a natural ability to collaborate and communicate. You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused and able to translate ideas into action. You’re comfortable navigating across teams and systems, and passionate about bringing cleaner, greener propositions to market.
Essentials:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills that can be applied to multiple stakeholder groups, both internal and external.
* A ‘can do’ attitude prepared to help problem solve and handle issues, facilitating and enabling the right conversations at the right time.
* Organised and proactive, with impeccable attention to detail.
* Comfortable and willing to continually pick up new skills and knowledge and learn about new tools and techniques.
Desirables:
* Experience of mapping business processes and customer journeys.
* Familiarity with financial and data flow mapping.
* Experience writing business requirements.
* Awareness of testing and implementation processes.
* Comfortable working with data and understanding reporting requirements.
