Job Description
● Actively chasing customers for aged invoices● Arranging payment plans with customers● Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships● Raising customer credit notes● Dealing with customer queries via phone and email● Maintaining confidential customer information● Updating customer relationship management systems● Providing management with key reports● Querying processes to challenge improvements● Ad hoc duties
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone who has a good working knowledge of credit control. This job will be part time over a period of 12 monthsYou will be able to work 5 days per week, approximately 22.5 hours per week.
