Area to be covered: National based South
Remuneration: £60,000 - £65,000 + 10-20% bonus

The role of the National Specification Sales Manager Heat Metering Solutions will involve:
National field sales management position, managing a team of 2 field sales professionals
Developing key customers predominantly within local authorities, housing associations and also national and regional housebuilders, public sector institutions, private and public sector properties
Supporting the technical field sales team to sell heat metering, heating controls and district heating systems
For both refurbishment and new build projects within the social housing sector
Project sizes range however average between £20k-£50k
Responsible for growing a multimillion pound business by 11% growth
Contributing to strategic objects, building strong partnerships with key clients, distributors and stakeholders
Leading contract negotiations, developing a business plan and implementing sales strategy
Working closely with all sales, supporting and internal teams
The ideal applicant will be a National Specification Sales Manager Heat Metering Solutions with:
Specification field sales experience within social housing, housing associations or local authorities
Must come from either the energy, technology, plumbing & heating, heating controls, district heating, M&E, BMS or HVAC/ building services markets
3 Years+ people management experience
An understanding of sustainable energy efficiencies and decarbonisation legislation (MEES) may be beneficial
Strong problem solving skills
Comfortable with a technical sell, experience in a related plumbing & heating trade
A true door opener, who is self reliant
Contacts within consulting engineers or large developers is preferable
Able to deal with multiple complex projects at the same time
Enthusiastic, hungry and comfortable working with an evolving business
