AC BDM £30K-£40K Plus commission Company based near Derby 🔷 About my client My client are a specialist HVAC and air conditioning company delivering: • Installation • Service & maintenance (PPM) • Reactive and remedial works • Compliance services including TM44 inspections My clients focus is on growing the service division, increasing recurring revenue, and expanding our commercial client base. 🔷 The Role This is a new business-focused sales role, responsible for: • Identifying companies requiring HVAC service support • Generating and developing their own sales pipeline • Selling PPM contracts, reactive service support, and TM44 inspections • Converting opportunities through to sales closure This is not a reactive or account management role — the individual must be capable of creating opportunities, not waiting for them. 🔷 Key Responsibilities • Generate new business opportunities through targeted prospecting • Identify companies with air conditioning systems requiring service and compliance • Develop opportunities from first contact through to close • Sell PPM contracts, service agreements, and TM44 inspections • Build relationships with commercial clients and decision-makers • Maintain a structured and active sales pipeline 🔷 Sales Process & Discipline (Important) The successful candidate must operate in ...
