Service Desk Coordinator Location: Glasgow Salary: £28,500 + Benefits Type: Full-Time, Permanent I am currently partnering with a respected and well-established organisation in the engineering services sector who are seeking an organised and proactive Service Desk Coordinator to join their Glasgow-based Service Desk team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment, coordinating workloads, communicating with engineers, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. The role will be working a 40 hour week, rolling rota of 4 days on 4 off, shifts are either, 08:00-18:30 or 09:30 to 20:00. This will be based fully in the office.
