What You’ll Do
1. Carry out a variety of plumbing and general maintenance tasks to a high standard, aiming for first-time fixes.
2. Multi-trade experience, including Carpentry/Kitchen/Bathroom fitter experience is essential for this role.
3. Represent Paradigm professionally in residents' homes, ensuring a respectful and courteous approach.
4. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, reporting any concerns promptly.
5. Manage van stock efficiently and minimise material waste.
6. Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
7. Support apprentices and team members with guidance and mentoring.
