The role
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing Top 200 Law firm based from their Newcastle office
This is an excellent opportunity to inherit a high quality caseload alongside being given the chance to develop and grow the firms presence in the North-West. The firm and department deal with the following: -
1. Landlord & Tenant
2. Acquisitions & Disposals
3. Lease Extensions / Negotiations
4. Real Estate Finance
5. Corporate Support / Occupier Work
In this role you will be working directly alongside another fee-earner with the task of servicing existing work coupled with business developing and networking with a view of growing the firms presence. You will have the opportunity to manage existing members of the team and if required, be able to bring junior members of the team with you (fee-earners or support staff).
This firm have a particularly strong reputation across Real Estate (Residential & Commercial) you will benefit from their national network across the UK.
Requirements
6. You will be a Real Estate Partner 6+ year PQE
7. You will be confident in networking and building relationships with clients
