An award-winning architecture studio in London is on the lookout for a talented and highly organised BIM Coordinator to become a key player in its dynamic, forward-thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on BIM implementation across a range of exciting architectural projects — while helping to shape and elevate the studio’s digital delivery standards.
The Role
We’re seeking a BIM professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about digital innovation in architecture. You’ll oversee BIM workflows across multiple projects, support design teams with technical expertise, and ensure that the studio’s digital standards are consistently met and improved.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead BIM coordination across a variety of architectural projects from concept to delivery
* Manage BIM resources and workflows, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
* Develop and maintain studio-wide BIM standards, templates, and content libraries
* Provide training and day-to-day BIM support to internal teams
* Carry out clash detection, model audits, and issue tracking using industry-standard tools
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, studio protocols, and national BIM standards
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and external teams to ensure seamless digital collaboration
* Be the go-to expert for all BIM-related queries and troubleshooting
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a BIM Coordinator or Digital Design role within architecture
* Expert-level Revit skills and strong knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards
* Familiarity with model coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks), visualisation software, and Adobe Creative Suite
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in digital design innovation and knowledge sharing
What You’ll Get in Return
