What you'll be working on:

* Exceptional software engineers - language agnostic, but you're fluent in at least one
* Background from any of: top-tier trading firms, hedge funds, HFT, Tier-1 IBs, FAANG/Big Tech, or defence
* Olympiad medallists, ICPC finalists, Putnam Fellows, or top CompSci graduates strongly encouraged to apply

* No finance experience needed - elite engineering talent is the only prerequisite
