Role: Conveyancing Legal Assistant Location: South West London – hybrid working Umbrella Rate: £18-£20ph PAYE Inc. Rate: £16.27 - £18.01ph Contract Length: 3 months ongoing Key Responsibilities: Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish. Supporting solicitors with complex property transactions and local authority land projects. Maintaining accurate records and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. About You: Proven experience in the legal side of residential conveyancing is essential. Familiarity with local government legislation and governance is desirable, though not essential.
