The Role Realise are on the lookout for qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors and Trainees, across all areas of England. As a Trainer Assessor, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or AEB short courses. As the first point of contact for your learners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their apprenticeship journey with Realise. Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be: - Supporting a caseload of learners across your region, face to face and remotely - Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications - Coming up with appropriate solutions for your learners, to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interest and career - Utilising an e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey We also welcome applications from those wanting full-time (5 days a week) and part-time hours. The Salary - If you are Trainee or qualified Trainer that can deliver Level 3 - £27,500 - If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 - £28,500 - You can also earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer!
