The Role Realise are on the lookout for qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors and Trainees, across all areas of England. As a Trainer Assessor, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or AEB short courses. As the first point of contact for your learners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their apprenticeship journey with Realise. ​ Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be: - Supporting a caseload of learners across your region, face to face and remotely - Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications - Coming up with appropriate solutions for your learners, to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interest and career - Utilising an e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey ​ ​ We also welcome applications from those wanting full-time (5 days a week) and part-time hours. (4 days in the week) *Please note that we may not have a position in your local area, but your details will be kept on file until there is, and we will reach out then. ​ The Salary ​ - If you are Trainee or qualified Trainer that can deliver Level 3 - £27,500 - If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 - £28,500 - You can also earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer! ​ ​ The Benefits - 25 days holiday plus public and bank holidays - Purchase scheme for up to 5 additional days annual leave - Birthday and Christmas Eve off - Flexible working - Health Shield scheme - Life insurance - Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay - Sick pay - Bereavement leave - Employee Assistance Programme - £1,000 Employee referral bonus scheme About You - A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent is essential - Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting - An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33,CAVA) would be advantageous - A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous - Experience in building and managing your own caseload. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office ​ About Us - Realise helps more than 16,000 learners every year to achieve their goals.
