About the role
This role will be based in one of our Magnet stores. You will work closely as part of a fast‑paced, motivated team, creating a welcoming environment for customers, increasing sales opportunities, opening new accounts, and ensuring repeat business.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the store.
* Increase sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
* Open new accounts and collaborate with the team on projects.
* Provide excellent product knowledge and customer service.
* Manage stock and support store operations.
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent customer service and personable manner.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
* Willingness to learn and deliver product knowledge.
* Ability to build strong working relationships with the store team.
* Desire to learn design software.
* Computer‑literate and ready to undertake forklift training if required.
* Creative mindset and motivation to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
* Open‑mindedness and willingness to think outside the box.
