A well‑established organisation based in Glasgow City Centre is seeking a Temporary HR Advisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is available to start immediately and support a busy HR function during a period of increased demand.
Your new role
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate advice to managers and employees. You will support and coordinate payroll processes, ensuring all information is captured and delivered accurately. You will also work across multiple sites, maintaining consistency in HR practice and supporting a wide range of HR activities including casework, policy queries, and general HR administration. Experience within a finance‑related organisation would be highly beneficial.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven experience in an HR Advisor or strong HR Officer role
2. Confident handling payroll queries and supporting payroll cycles
3. Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practice
4. Experience working across multi‑site environments
5. Background within a finance or professional services organisation is advantageous
6. Excellentmunication skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently
7. Availability to start immediately
