Job Title: Operations Assistant
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our business. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to multitask, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring processes run smoothly.
* Support the operations team with administrative duties such as scheduling, data entry, and file management.
* Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained and up-to-date.
* Manage the data entry of our website to ensure prices are up to date.
* Control invoices and bookings for clients.
* Assist in the operations of our sales team by handling incoming website inquiries.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). WordPress experience is also essential.
* A strong knowledge in sport, and mainly football is essential.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
