Responsibilities
* Develop and implement Health & Safety policies.
* Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
* Ensure compliance with UK Health & Safety regulations.
* Act as the main point of contact for all Health & Safety matters.
* Oversee health programs and lead safety training for colleagues.
Qualifications
* NEBOSH certification.
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.
