* Team player – You thrive in a collaborative environment, supporting those around you to help the whole team succeed.

* Growth mindset – You’re always looking to develop your skills and believe that dedication and hard work lead to improvement.

* Financial acumen – Whether from an accountancy, audit, or finance background, you have experience working with financial data, or the ability to learn quickly. Familiarity with financial statements or credit analysis is a plus but not essential.

* Attention to detail – You have strong analytical skills and can spot patterns, inconsistencies, or key insights in company financials.

* Accuracy under pressure – You can interpret information quickly and construct effective solutions to complex problems, often working to tight deadlines.

* Challenge the status quo – You’re not afraid to suggest better ways of doing things and take an active role in improving processes.

* Clear communicator – You can express ideas concisely, whether in writing or conversation, ensuring clarity and accuracy in your work.
