Electrical Building Services Engineer - Oxford Area. An established building services consultancy in the Oxford area is looking to appoint an Electrical Building Services Engineer to join their growing team. Responsibilities
* Delivering projects to high technical standards, on programme and within budget
* Producing detailed designs, drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
* Liaising with clients to understand briefs, budgets and design requirements
* Reviewing tenders, preparing technical reports and supporting recommendations
* Managing site activities, monitoring progress and assisting with final accounts
* Carrying out site surveys, inspections and producing condition reports
* Preparing technical documentation, presentations and supporting reports
* Coordinating with other disciplines on electrical distribution and building systems
* Staying informed on legislation, building regulations, CIBSE guidance and best practice
* Some projects may require background or security checks.

What They're Looking For
* Degree or Master's in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
* Working towards or already holding membership with a relevant professional body (e.g. CIBSE)
* Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
* Strong understanding of building regulations, CIBSE standards and industry guidance
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Passion for delivering efficient, practical and innovative design solutions
